If you are an experienced meat cutter or come from a restaurant background and have strong knife skills, we want to talk to you! We are looking for someone with passion, drive, creativity and the aspiration to be an integral part of our team. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn, understand the importance of proper time management, yearn to be influential in the stability of our local food system and have an interest in growing within our company. Integrity, dedication and drive are key traits that we are seeking.
Daily tasks include prep, sausage making, trimming and fabricating meat and working closely with our Production Manager and team. Qualified candidates must be able to lift 75-100lbs.

This transition requires us to solidify a new team member who will take over the reigns as Production Manager and help to oversee the butcher shop. Pay begins at $50,000 annual salary and benefits include a fixed schedule (Wednesday through Sunday with Mondays/Tuesdays off), paid time off and matching health insurance for you and your and dependents. Oh, and you’ll never go hungry!
